01 — Scope of Services & Non-Medical Disclaimer
Rogue Alchemy provides energetic field architecture, somatic realignment, systems-based integration support, and personal guardianship guidance.
- Not Medical Care. The Services offered by Rogue Alchemy are educational, spiritual, and structural in nature. Kata Chan is a practitioner, not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or mental health therapist.
- No Substitute. Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or care.
- Client Responsibility. You assume full, non-negotiable responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after any engagement or session. If you are experiencing acute psychological distress, please seek care from a licensed medical professional.
02 — Entheogenic & Ceremony Integration Boundary
Rogue Alchemy offers strictly non-clinical, spiritual, and practical integration support following intense life transitions or personal expansions.
- No Illegal Activities. Rogue Alchemy does not provide, administer, distribute, facilitate, condone, or encourage the use of illegal substances, psychedelic materials, or unregulated plant medicines.
- Purely Educational. Our integration work is entirely reflective and educational, focused on anchoring insights into daily, physical, and linear life.
03 — Absolute Perimeter Confidentiality
The container built between Rogue Alchemy and the client is a sovereign, discreet alliance founded on absolute privacy.
- Mutual Bound. All personal history, session notes, transcripts, audio recordings, or communications shared within our containers are strictly confidential and will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party without explicit written consent.
- Exceptions. Confidentiality is only bypassed if required by a direct court order or if there is a clear, imminent risk of serious physical harm to yourself or others.
04 — Financial Commitments & Expirations
Investment. All session and container fees are established at the time of booking and are non-refundable once the container has been initiated.
Credits. Any initial consultation fees paid may be applied as a forward credit toward the balance of a subsequent container, subject to mutual agreement.
The Bound (Expiration). To maintain the energetic continuity of our work, all sessions within a purchased container must be utilized within the agreed-upon timeframe (typically 60 days unless otherwise specified in your engagement agreement). Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeit.
04.5 — Flexible Investment & Reciprocal Trade
Rogue Alchemy acknowledges that the standard investment structure may not always be accessible to all peers and collaborators.
- Collaborator Rates. Adjusted investment rates are offered at the sole discretion of the practitioner based on alignment, mutual intent, and current capacity.
- Reciprocal Trade. In instances where a trade of goods or services is proposed, the value of the exchange will be determined by mutual agreement prior to the commencement of the container.
- Integrity of Trade. Both parties agree that any service or product offered in exchange for our work must be of commensurate value and quality. Rogue Alchemy reserves the right to decline any trade proposal that does not align with the integrity of the practice.
05 — Intellectual Property & Shared Frameworks
All concepts, written materials, manifesto copy, mechanics, field notes, and unique structural frameworks displayed on this website or delivered during private containers are the intellectual property of Rogue Alchemy and Kata Chan. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or monetize these materials or concepts without explicit written permission.
06 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rogue Alchemy, KTCHN Inc., and Kata Chan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website, application to the portal, or engagement in the sessions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rogue Alchemy from any claims arising out of your personal choices or interpretations of the guidance provided.
07 — Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect updates to our field and service structures. Your continued use of the site or engagement in services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
